Hospitality is like a Last Word cocktail. Each ingredient is of equal proportion and value to the balance of the cocktail. Adding too much of one ingredient over another takes the cocktail out of sync. In our mind, GREAT hospitality simply cannot exist without all of these elements flowing together in concert.
